Scoped, written down, no surprises.
Three ways to engage. Numbers below are starting points, not fixed quotes — final pricing always reflects your real scope, team size, and term length.
We publish ranges so you can self-qualify before booking a call, not because every engagement falls neatly into one of three boxes. If the shape of your project doesn't fit what’s here, tell us — we shape engagements to environments, not the other way around.
One-time
Project Engagements
Setups, migrations, security hardening, MDM rollouts, identity cleanup, M365 / Google Workspace configuration. Fixed-bid whenever scope can be written cleanly, time-and-materials with a written ceiling otherwise. Smaller scopes welcome — the floor reflects what we can deliver well, not where we draw a line.
What’s included
- Discovery & current-state audit
- Written scope of work + deliverables list
- Implementation by us, end to end
- Documentation in your client portal
- Knowledge transfer + handoff to your team
Scoped separately
- ·Ongoing support after delivery (separate engagement)
- ·Hardware procurement (we advise; you purchase)
Monthly
Managed Services
Ongoing support, monitoring, device management, security operations, and identity governance. Priced per user (or per device for Apple-heavy fleets) against a written list of what's included — not 'general IT support.' Final rate reflects user count, device mix, and term length.
What’s included
- Apple Device Management on Addigy (or Jamf / Kandji / Mosyle)
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
- Endpoint security baseline + monitoring
- Onboarding & offboarding workflows
- Quarterly architecture review
- Defined response-time SLAs
Scoped separately
- ·Major projects (handled separately, fixed-bid)
- ·Hardware / license procurement (passed through at cost)
Hourly or fixed
Advisory & Architecture
The 'what should we do next?' work. Identity strategy, MDM architecture decisions, vendor evaluations, compliance scoping, second-opinion reviews of your existing IT stack. Often the most valuable thing we do. Hourly for short engagements; fixed-bid for full audits or roadmaps.
What’s included
- Architecture diagrams + written recommendations
- Vendor / tool evaluation reports
- Risk and gap assessments
- Independent second opinions
- Roadmap with prioritized next steps
Scoped separately
- ·Implementation (separate project engagement)
Three rules we won't break.
01
Scope is written before work begins.
Every engagement starts with a written scope document. If something isn't on the list, we'll tell you and scope it separately — not surprise you on the next invoice.
02
We publish ranges on the first call.
You shouldn't have to sit through a sales cycle to find out if we're a fit for your budget. By the end of a 30-minute clarity call you'll know roughly what an engagement would cost.
03
Pass-through costs are pass-through.
Hardware, license fees, and third-party services are billed at cost with the receipts attached. No 'partner-channel margin' baked in. You'd find out anyway when you check the renewal yourself.
